Silvia Celina Grondona
Coach in Neurosciences. Compass/Hogan. She is certified in Mindfulness and develops her activities focusing on Emotional Intelligence. Certified in the Hogan Evaluation System leading within the consultant all the actions implemented with HOGAN.
As a Coach in Neuroscience, she focuses on understanding the brain functioning, understanding how people acquire knowledge according to their learning styles. With 35 years of experience in the educational area, she achieves the approach to the best conditions so that the learning of each person can empower and promote their professional career.

Laura Onega
She is licensed in HR with high experience in prime multinational companies. She has a strategic vision, leadership ability and accompanies with solvency all the structural management with our customers as a business partner of the line. Her full understanding of the business needs allows her to act opportunely, achieving that all projects are managed under the concept of total quality.
She has collaborated throughout her career in different organizations in human capital processes, focusing on job descriptions, training and coaching processes, competency management, succession plans and change management. She has been responsible for succession plans and development programs, also serving as Process Owner for all Latin America Talent Management. She has implemented LMS, PMA and 360 modules in Sucess Factors. She has led the internal communication of sensitive processes such as GPTW. She has also coordinated and implemented plans to improve the working environment.

Yanina Tzeiman
She is a Licentiate in Human Resources with a focus on the understanding and translation of the strategies and objectives of the Business / Functions, specifically HR actions and initiatives. She knows how to give support from the consultancy to RH as a business partner, always providing the leading team strategic proposals in topics such as leadership, coaching and development, to optimize individual and business performance.
In her professional career, she has interacted with different HR teams to ensure the correct and effective implementation of strategies / plans at the local level. She has provided support in general HR issues to managers and respective employees of each Business / Function.
She has led the communication, implementation and administration of HR processes and programs (Ranking and evaluation of performance, merit, evaluation of potential, recruitment and selection, movements, promotions, quality assurance of information, etc.) corresponding to each Business / Function. She has developed and implemented global development programs at the local level (People Development Week). She has coordinated and implemented Commitment Surveys for the assigned businesses / functions. Among other functions, she has successfully completed tasks that have allowed her to have a global view of the business and the support that is required from the HR Partner Role.

In her role as executive Coach, she develops advanced negotiation strategies and conflict resolution. Designs and facilitates activities for the development of soft skills; as well as activities of construction and consolidation of teamworks. She carries out the analysis and integral accompaniment in processes of cultural transformation.
She has more than 30 successful executive coaching processes in different industries. She has led more than 20 processes aimed at the cultural transformation of the organization with focus on the management and conformation of high performance teams

Comercial Consultant and Coach specialized in Strategic Development, Planning and Implementation of Senior Project. She currently leads organizational development programs with a systemic, integral and synergistic approach.
She has solid experience, more than 16 years in multinational companies with responsibility in several Latin American countries, leading Marketing, Commercial Planning and Trade Marketing management in Coca-Cola, Molinos Rio de la Plata, Motorola and Johnson & Johnson. She has consulting experience advising companies in Organizational Development Programs
She has a degree in Business Administration.A Postgraduate Degree in Management of Social Organizations. Certified as a Systemic Coach by the International Coaching Community and holds the Certification of Hogan® Systems and Talent Success Insights® to perform Leadership Profiling Assessment for Development Programs.

She worked as Training Manager, Coaching and Change Management at BDO (Multinational Consultant). Worked as responsible for the labor insertion of women victims of Gender Violence.
With her extensive career, she joins Compass as an Integral Specialist in Human Resources, leading the Consulting and Training Projects that we implement in medium and small enterprises. She has participated and implemented processes of training, change management, and cultural change, among others. Liza Evans
She is graduated in Human Resources with solid experience in the area, developed in renowned multinational companies and international consultants. Specialized in Integral Consultancy, Outplacement, Executive Coaching, Development and Talent Management. She has excellent interpersonal relationships, creativity for problem solving and adaptation to different environments and cultures.
She has led during her experience in the Detection programs of high potentials, key positions, career plans and succession. Organizational Heath-check, link with corporate and regional projects. Sebastián Teijeiro

He is an Organizational Psychologist specialized in psycho-occupational evaluations, with extensive experience in first-rate companies, mainly in Latin America and Europe. He has carried out more than two thousand psycho-labor evaluations, as well as designed and implemented development programs and conducted training, team sessions and assessment centers.
He combines his experience and knowledge in organizational psychology with his interest in philosophy and epistemology, especially in theories and concepts that allow him to develop a better understanding in subjects of human complexity and his interaction with the work environment..

He has a degree in Labor Relations from the UNLZ, Master in Sociology. Specialist in Strategy Consulting, Change Management, and Human Resources. Over 24 years of experience participating and managing highly complex business transformation projects in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Brazil, Colombia, Panama, Mexico, Costa Rica, the United States and Australia. He has managed many projects concerning Organizational and Cultural Change, development of corporate and organizational strategies, human resources policy design, training plans, Coaching in highly complex projects, Knowledge Management, Competency Model, integration and facilitation of workshops in companies from various industries.
