Our executive Coaching processes have 3 key work areas: What I am like (deep self-awareness through Hogan), what the challenges of my role are and how the context in which I operate is (my team, the Company, and the business’s goals).

At Compass Latam, we know that it is essential to document relevant information of the process for HR. Therefore, we develop this module within Fisheye through which coaches upload in real time the status of each session, the relevant information, executive reports, etc.

In this way, HR can visualize the progress of each participant, and they can also produce reports for each area which can be shared with the different leaders of the participants.

In turn, each participant has an individual dashboard where their coach shares the information dealt with in each session, reference material, theoretical tools, etc.


In this module, we design customized leadership profiles, aligned with the competencies or strategic drivers of each client; then, with Hogan’s information about each participant, we obtain different outputs that allow us to identify weaknesses, strengths, and development gaps.
