Our executive coaching processes are based on three fundamental pillars: who I am (deep self-knowledge through Hogan’s methodology), the challenges of my role, and the context in which I work (my team, the company, and the business objectives).

At Compass Latam, we developed a module within Fisheye that allows coaches to record the status of each session, progress, and executive reports in real time, providing HR with complete visibility and traceability of the process.

In addition, each participant has an individual dashboard where their coach shares the content covered in each session, along with reference materials and theoretical tools.
